Follow these tips to optimize WinMX on a Broadband Connection

• Open WinMX Settings by clicking on the Settings button.
• Click on Bandwidth Throttle in the left-hand menu.
• Do not place a check mark in the box next to “Limit Incoming Bandwith” unless there is a reason to limit download speeds due to sharing bandwidth with other computers or isp bandwidth limitions.
• Place a check mark in the box next to “Limit Outgoing Bandwith” and set the amount to no more than 85% of your maximum available upload bandwidth.
• Close WinMX Settings by clicking the Close button.
