Setting up Vista Firewall


  1. Click Start.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Windows Firewall [Note: If you are using the Category view, click on Security Center to find Windows Firewall].
  4. Make sure “Don’t allow exceptions” is NOT ticked.
  5. Click the tab that says “Exceptions”.
  6. Click “Add Program”.
  7. Select WinMX.
  8. Click OK.
